Our Story

Our journey began in 2002, when our founder, Ovidiu (Frank) Cosman, entered the sector and built a strong foundation of hands-on experience. From working as a plant operator to progressing into supervisory and foreman roles, Frank developed a deep understanding of what defines successful workmanship and efficient project delivery.
Motivated by his commitment to getting it right the first time, Frank established Cosman Assist in 2017. Since then, the company has grown into an award-winning, trusted groundwork and civil engineering contractor serving Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, and Hertfordshire. We deliver safe, precise, and reliable solutions for commercial, industrial, and public-sector clients, consistently earning recognition for quality and performance.
